Services

Madar Technology builds websites and custom systems for businesses, and provides a service that connects a business's own WhatsApp Business number and sets up automated replies based on the business's approved information.

Client responsibilities

• Own the WhatsApp Business number to be connected and comply with WhatsApp Business policies and Meta's terms.
• Keep the information used for automated replies accurate and up to date.
• Message customers only with their consent and never send spam.

Automated replies

Automated replies use only the client's data, and customers can ask for a staff member at any time. Final decisions (such as confirming bookings or prices) remain with the client business.

Acceptable use

Our services may not be used for unlawful purposes, abusive or misleading content, or unsolicited bulk messages.

Ending the service

A client may stop the service at any time and keeps ownership of its number. We may suspend the service for breaches of these terms or Meta's policies.

Liability

We aim for reliable, accurate service, but it depends on third-party platforms (Meta and Google) that may occasionally be unavailable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
