حذف البيانات

يمكنك طلب حذف كل البيانات المرتبطة برقمك أو بشركتك لدى مدار التقنية:

  1. أرسل بريداً إلى support@madar-technology.com أو رسالة واتساب إلى +965 5563 5688 بعنوان «طلب حذف بيانات».
  2. اذكر رقم الهاتف المعني، واسم الشركة التي راسلتها إن وُجدت.
  3. نؤكد استلام الطلب، ونحذف الرسائل والسجلات المرتبطة خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى، ثم نبلغك بإتمام الحذف.

إذا كانت بياناتك لدى شركة عميلة (مثل YShaleh)، يمكنك أيضاً طلب الحذف منها مباشرة، وننفذه نحن نيابةً عنها.

المحادثات المحفوظة داخل تطبيق واتساب على جهازك يتحكم بها واتساب، ويمكنك حذفها من التطبيق.

Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete all data linked to your phone number or business:

  1. Email support@madar-technology.com or WhatsApp +965 5563 5688 with the subject "Data deletion request".
  2. Include the phone number concerned and the business you messaged, if any.
  3. We confirm receipt and delete the related messages and logs within 30 days at most, then confirm completion.

If your data is held for a client business (such as YShaleh), you can also ask that business directly; we carry out the deletion on its behalf.

Chats stored in the WhatsApp app on your device are controlled by WhatsApp and can be deleted there.
